Danisi Automatic Fuel Delivery
By choosing Danisi Fuels Low Rate Automatic oil
delivery Plan, you will never have to worry about
running empty or calling for oil again. We keep track
of your usage and the temperature outside, and by
using the Degree Day System our computers can
calculate how much oil you have in your tank and
forecast your next scheduled delivery. We will send an
oil truck to your home before you are running low so
you do not have to monitor your tank and call us when
you need it. We will monitor your tank for you! You'll
receive a bill in the mail based on the amount of oil
and price per gallon at the time of delivery. Payment
plans include budget programs and direct bill to visa,
master card, or American express.

Danisi Energy Analysis

We have partnered up with LIPA and
National Grid as well as the Oil Heat Institute to be
able to offer a Free energy analysis of your heating
and air-conditioning systems. It is one thing to see
just how efficient your system burns fuel, but no one
looks at how well your system transfer’s that energy
to the environment within your home. People think just
because they have a system that they think is
efficient and in fact it could be as efficient as 95 %
when it burns the fuel. But without all of the system
components, baseboard, radiators, ductwork and etc not
being installed properly or undersized or just loaded
with dirt, it will in some cases drive that efficiency
down to almost 50%. So now that you have this very
efficient machine that was 95% it could windup only
being 45%.
How can this be? Lets look at duct work. Most ducts
carry hot air or air-conditioned air through out your
home passing unconditioned areas such as the attic,
walls or basement and crawls spaces. It is commonly
known that a standard duct system installed as much as
5 years ago could leak 30% or more air into these
areas that you don't need to heat or cool. What is
even worse is that you could be sucking in that bad
dusty moldy air into the return ductwork and forcing
it into the house. This is air that you and your
family breathe in.
In a nut shell you are losing money in heating and
cooling areas of the home that no one lives in,
Basement, Crawlspace, and Attic, as well as getting
the bad air from these areas in the house.
This is one of the many things we look for when
performing an energy audit. With the prices of energy
today can you afford not to have someone come in and
give you a real audit? Call us today and let Danisi
show you how you can save money today.
Going Green Doesn’t Mean Going Broke!!

“Going Green” has this automatic stigmatism that it is
very expensive to do. What we need to do is first
define what “Going Green” really means. Based upon the
use of the term it is any improvement that reduces the
carbon output, reducing pollution, reducing energy
consumption as well as trying to utilize renewable
energy sources as much as possible. If you think about
it, ultimately it means to use the resources that are
available to protect our environment while living our
lives. Improvements such as, using biodegradable bags
when performing yard clean-ups, reusing the canvas
bags when shopping, try to utilize paperless
communications when possible, carpooling or driving a
more efficient car. Improvements to your home by
upgrading your heating or air-conditioning systems or
using renewable energy make your home tighter. All of
these contribute to lower the carbon foot print and
reduce our dependence on fossil fuels. All of us as
well as future generations benefit when the Earth is
healthier.
The United States as a whole is taking the leading
steps towards promoting this philosophy. We were one
of the original countries to restrict the use and set
into legislation laws that prohibit the release of
“Freon” into the atmosphere. This is the refrigerant
that is used in air-conditioners and most type of
refrigeration that helps create the cooling effect we
feel. The R22 Freon is the gas that rips holes in our
atmosphere and aids to global warming. As of next year
no manufacture will be allowed to produce systems that
use R22 or R22 itself. R22 will be available via
recycled or older stock but the prices have been
skyrocketing at a tremendous rate! There are
alternatives to this R22 that are ozone safe and one
of the acceptable ones that almost all of the
manufacturers have gone to is R410a. These newer
machines have been mandated to be more energy
efficient and in some cases are 100% more efficient
than some 10 year old machines!
With the United States commitment to “Go Green” the
new tax incentives have been geared to offer such
unprecedented incentives to upgrade, replace, install
high efficient building materials and heating and
cooling equipment. To step up to the renewable types,
the incentives actually have no cap on what you may
receive on a credit. The local utilities offer
rebates, the manufacturers offer rebates and in some
cases installation companies offer rebates. Some of
the systems we have installed which have been featured
in Newsday have resulted in some case over 75 percent
of the job being paid by these incentives.
Danisi Energy has always been committed to offering
the most “Green Heating & Cooling Systems” for over 50
years.
Geothermal heat pumps are nothing new; we have been
installing these for over 28 years and have seen them
evolve to the point the technology has become
affordable and reliable. Basically the geothermal heat
pump captures the Earths natural ground heat and
transfers it to the air within your home via a
refrigerant. This same system can also transfer the
heat in the summertime back into the Earth (this is
renewable energy at use!) The systems that we install
are one of the worlds best built and most efficient.
These systems come with 10 year parts and labor
warranties as well as a lifetime on some parts as
well!!
Solar, although a free source of energy has its
drawbacks. Whether you install a PV (Photovoltaic,
electric) or water heating system, they are most
efficient on good sunny days. When there is overcast,
the output of these are reduced. The water heating
side is great for pool heating as to use fossil fuel
to heat the pool without any sort of solar cover is
the most wasteful means to heat the pool water. These
panels or membranes require that they be bolted or
laid out generally on the roof as so do the electric
type.
Oil and Gas technology has made incredible progress in
reducing carbon emissions and hitting efficiencies of
up to 96%. So for every dollar spent it uses 96% of it
to heat your home.
Now more than anytime in history has the United States
gone above and beyond to help make “Going Green”
affordable, responsible and just easy!
Danisi has teamed up with LIPA to offer a free
Air-Conditioning Efficiency check. Danisi Energy will
perform a complete check to ensure that the
refrigerant level charge is correct, the condenser is
clean and the proper airflow is achieved. (Call for
